„We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. “

„Upon arrival there was snow and ice on walkways and both entrances to the home which we cleared with a broom found in the home. The first evening we did not have hot water and had to contact the host who had us reset a breaker on the outside rear of the home. We had a large group for this 5 bedroom home. There were very few bath towels in the bathrooms and no kitchen dish rags for use. Contacted host who gave us the code to a locked closet for additional towels. Limited seating for a large group ...
