  • Diese Wohnung am Strand befindet sich in Destin Florida entlang der Smaragdküste. Condo rental # 710 bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit einem König im Hauptschlafzimmer 32 'TV, 2 Einzelbetten im Gästeschlafzimmer 20' TV und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer 32 'TV. Destin's Beach ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht von Ihrem privaten Balkon. Alle Einheiten sind Nichtraucherzimmer.

    Condo 710 hat vor kurzem neue Leuchten zum Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bäder hinzugefügt. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über neue Sofas und Sitzgelegenheiten, neue Vorhänge und hat einen großen Fernseher mit DVD / VHS Combo. Die Küche hat neue Fensterbehandlungen, Wasserhahn und Leuchte. Die Speisesaal Barhocker wurden gepolstert. Beide Schlafzimmer haben neue Bettwäsche, Deckenventilatoren, Plantagenläden und frische Farbe. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen neuen Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player. Diese Einheit hat auch Internetzugang. Dieses Gerät erlaubt keine Buchungen von mehr als 14 Tagen neben dem Wintergast von Januar bis Mitte März.

Great Condo

This was a nice, clean, updated condo with everything you need for a great stay. It has two pools but they were never over crowded. The pics are just as the unit is. We enjoyed our stay.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this VRBO rental. Shortly after arriving, we discovered multiple health and safety concerns that made the property unsafe and uninhabitable for our family. There were clear signs of mold, which posed a serious health risk, as well as choking hazards that were especially concerning for children.The condition of the property was not consistent with what was advertised, and we did not feel comfortable remaining there. After carefully evaluating the situation, we made the difficult decision to vacate the rental and find alternative accommodations at our own expense.What was most frustrating was the lack of support from the rental management company. We promptly reported our concerns, provided details of the hazards, and requested assistance. Despite the seriousness of the issues, no reasonable resolution was offered, and our concerns were not addressed in a manner that reflected the importance of guest safety and well-being.A vacation rental should provide guests with a safe, clean environment. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet that basic expectation, and the management company’s response only added to our disappointment. We cannot recommend this property and strongly encourage prospective guests—especially families with children or individuals with respiratory sensitivities—to carefully consider these concerns before booking.Our hope is for the Vrbo host to prioritize guest safety as a #1 priority!

Some suggestions for owner to consider. 1) add soundbar to living room TV. 2) Laminated instructions on operating TV. 3) Can’t open master bedroom closet completely due to oversized night stand. 4) Add a Kuerig coffee maker. 5) have a Swifter to be used on hard surface floors. 5) Fix surface light on microwave.We bought and left an 8”x8” Pyrex baking dish for kitchen. Furniture very comfortable as was master bed.

Family vacation

The condo was very clean and nice. Quick walk to the beach and pools. View was Beautiful of the Harbor. Not ocean. Down sides. Property manager gives vague answers or doesn't answer your questions. Never received gate code to get into parking lot. Very frustrating. Last night, partying outside in the walkway. We had to call and complain. It did help for an hour or two, but noise started back up and lasted about 2 am. Lots of Great places to eat and Great for the family. After the frustration of getting a gate code which we received from another guest, not the property manager. We enjoyed the location, restaurants and activities. Just the noise the last night was such a disappointment (long drive the next day) and a sour end to an otherwise Great vacation. Also, would like a better property manager. Will not use this one again because I want one that is helpful, attainable and wants to assist in helping my family have an unforgettable vacation.

Good but not great

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, nice and updated for the most part (a VERY stiff, uncomfortable couch in den though). There were enough seating options in the living space with the dining table, a couch, a loveseat and two chairs. The beds were comfortable. I loved the amount of counter space in the bathroom. However, the drawback to this unit came from the elevator not working the entire time we were there, although at check in we were told it would be working the next day most likely. This became a massive issue on Sunday when we were trying to leave. It took over 30 min to get an elevator to go down with our luggage cart— and being on the 7th floor, that really was are only option. Obviously- life happens and things break, but it was a miserable way to end a trip.

BUT HAD A VERY BAD EXPERINCE WITH SUNSHINE WATER SPORTS FOR WHICH YOU PROVIDED A 20% DISCOUNT FOR A PONTOON RENTAL. THE DISCOUNT I WAS GIVEN WAS FOR $25 VERSUS THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF $50. WHEN I CALLED SUNSHINE TO COMPLAIN, THE GUY I TALKED WITH WAS VERY CURT AND SIAD HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE ISLANDER 20% DISCOUNT. NOT A LOT OF MONEY-BUT I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. YOUR MANANGEMENT NEEDS TO TALK WITH THEIR MANGEMENT TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION.

There is one extra trash bag but not dish soap or paper towels. Our room this trip was not as nice as previous years. Some parts were updated. It was very clean. The tubs were older and didn’t hold water. The kitchen had the bare essentials but we got by. Beds were very comfy. All and all we were fine and will come back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love staying at The Islander! The lifeguard is AMAZING and always so helpful helping us getting our disabled child on the beach. My only complaint is the quality of the bedding for the pullout bed in our condo this year. Very scratchy and uncomfortable. My teen son was disappointed that the basketball hoop was broken, but the property was clean and the staff always friendly.
