FRISCH RENOVIERT!
Diese Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe befindet sich in Destin, Florida, entlang der Costa Smeralda. Seien Sie einer der ersten Gäste in dieser wunderschön renovierten Wohnung, die Ende Januar 2018 fertiggestellt wurde. Das Gerät verfügt über schöne Holzfliesen und ein frisch gestrichenes Interieur. Die Küche und die Badezimmer wurden komplett renoviert und mit allen neuen Schränken, Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Waschbecken, Wasserhähnen, Badewanne / Duschen und Hardware ausgestattet. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine begehbare Dusche mit Sitzbank und einen verstellbaren Duschkopf. Es verfügt auch über eine der wenigen in Waschmaschine und Trockner im Gebäude! Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über eine tiefe Badewanne mit Glastüren. Beide Schlafzimmer wurden mit Deckenventilatoren aktualisiert. Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen, darunter ein König im Schlafzimmer, ein König im Gästezimmer und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Perfekt für Familien oder Paare. Alle Möbel und Matratzen sind neu. Dieses Gerät verfügt über Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Destin's Beach ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt!

Every morning they spray down the pool area and sidewalk, the pools are both warm enough to get into and are clean. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, my only issue was the wash machine didn't work properly and that was my train for picking that room was to have a washer. It would not fill up with water, only about 2 inches, enough to maybe do socks and underwear, I couldn't find any water level adjustment. I also felt like the bedding, bedspreads, needs to be updated.But overall it was a nice stay.

Lovely beach front condo

I will say if you have anyone handicap the elevators are the slowest thing possible. We used the stairs for 10 days straight on the forth floor cause the elevator was always packed or waited for a long period of time & times out of service.. , so I would be aware if you have anyone handicap. The rooms were cleaned alright for a $5000 dollar stay I don’t expect the baseboards to be covered in black hair and dirt. As well as no tables weren’t dusted prior to our arrival sand covered on all tables . So I practically cleaned the moment of check in. The bath towels and wash cloths could be replaced you can tell they are years old with permanent stains. Overall location of stay was nice & the pool and long as the beach service. Rooms could for sure be cleaner coming from a co-owner of a cleaning company that has been in business for 20 plus years, you can tell there isn’t much pride being putting into the cleaning.
