This one-bedroom, one full bath condo, with hall bunk beds has everything that you would ever need. Beautiful wood floors and welcoming décor will make your beach vacation complete. This unit is very accommodating, including a washer/dryer combo and fully stocked kitchen. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, and hall bunk beds for a pleasant stay for up to 5 guests. Queen size sleeper sofa that will accommodate your sleepy guests. Smart flat screen televisions are located in the bedroom and living room, which include cable. Wi-Fi is also available in the condo to stay connected to all of your smart devices.

Step out onto the private balcony for a relaxing view overlooking the pool and hot tub, surrounding scenic area, and the beautiful emerald coast containing the whitest sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf. Located on the balcony is a patio box that contains beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay!

This condo is in the middle of exciting shopping and dining. Beach access is located at Tarpon or Pompano Beach Trail, offering beach activities like banana boat or kayaking, and even parasailing.

2. Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. No buses, trailers, or boats allowed in those spaces.

Great location!!

We needed a quick and nice place to stay close to the beach as we were passing through. This place checked out right across the street from the beach and close location to our favorite restaurant!! Communication was great checkin process was easy and got a great nights sleep! Thank you!!

ReviewWe love the proximity to the beach. There needs to be a curtain over the bedroom window for those who like blackout. The light from the walkway outside shines directly into the window which the bed faces. Love that there was a box fan available in the closet. Helped us sleep a little. Would have preferred a book of some sort with local favorites, things to do, or information about which beach access point to use/where the dumpster is located/etc. Suggest having a magnifying mirror for us old folks to use in the bathroom. Love that the vacuum was easily accessible for the sand.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful experience in Destin! We were just a very short walk, like across the street, from the beautiful beach. The location was only a few miles from great places to shop and eat. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed! We are already looking at dates to return!

We loved our stay here! Everything was so clean and the location was amazing! We never felt unsafe! The gate codes kept everyone but guest out of the pool area! Will be our go to each year

We were so pleased from the moment we walked in until we left (which we didn’t want to do). Everything was so clean and staged nicely. The property was very well kept and so close to the beach. We absolutely loved it. This was literally the best vacation that me and the kids have had yet. There will be no need to look for another location to book for next year. I think we’ll just stay longer next time.

Great for a quick getaway!

The reason for the 4-star overall rating is that we did not know which beach we had access to. The beaches across the street had signs designating them as private beaches for other condo complexes. We never figured out which was our beach, so we didn't go.Since there were no explicit instructions on what to do before leaving, we hope we did what was expected.

White sand beaches a walk across the street!

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple's getaway or a honeymoon. Your balcony faces the Gulf Coast, which you can see from your balcony and it's only a walk across the street to get to White Sand beaches and crystal clear ocean waters. We had a little trouble with the TV and we weren't able to get access to our our Netflix account or other apps but other than that, it was a very nice place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

This place is tucked in a very popular area of Destin.It's walking distance to the beach as well as other eateries.Very clean. I was impressed on how clean the space was.There was 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. It was a little tight sometimes and we did have to share a bath which was not great. All and all a great place to stay and I would recommend.
