This 2 bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a Gulf facing King suite, a guest bedroom featuring 2 double beds and a sofa sleeper. This beautiful vacation home away from home has recently been totally updated with new flooring, brand new furniture throughout and even new light fixtures. It is absolutely stunning from top to bottom. But the view…..the view of the Gulf will absolutely take your breath away and can be seen from the living area, kitchen and the master bedroom. For your comfort and enjoyment, there’s a soaking tub and a walk in shower in the master bath…..and for your convenience, there is a fully stocked kitchen and a full size laundry center just off the living area. Enjoy your time in the sun on the Gulf with seasonal beach service or at the resort style pool. Sterling Sands is conveniently located near many popular Destin restaurants and attractions.

There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per person to receive access to the property and amenities.

No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31. Beach service can be purchased for a fee.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
