„Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und bietet mit der voll ausgestatteten Küche die perfekte Basis um zur Erkundung der Gegend aufzubrechen. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Außenbereich ist fantastisch und hat den typisch britischen Cottage-Flair. Wir haben uns bei der Anreise leider etwas verirrt weshalb wir deutlich später als besprochen eintrafen. Der Vermieter war sehr verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Location.“

„Nice place to stay when visiting nearby towns, very spacious apartment which made for a very relaxed feel. Pleasant village with pub below. Handy having a kitchen as food options are limited. Noise from the pub wasn't too bad but it was quite noisy from the kitchen below the kids room, which had music on loud! We had to put kids to bed in the other room then move them back in later in the evening. “

„The Cotton Rooms was perfectly located for everything in Matlock, plus lots of walks nearby. Spotlessly clean and with lots of added touches, including a lovely Christmas tree! Just a bit noisy on the road at night but it was New Year and we were next to a few pubs so was as expected. Great stay, would definitely go back!“

Beds were comfy and all was good bar a lack of electric from the plugs on the top two floors which ruined my plan to spend the weekend in the jacuzzi bath! We didnt contact the owners as it caused us very little bother. There are approx 20 varied pubs within half a mile, heaven.“
