Denver ist eine Reise wert. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Male vier Nächte in diesem Hotel. Es ist ein tolles Hotel, schöne grosszügig angelegte Zimmer, gute Betten. Reichliches Frühstück

Gutes, empfelenswertes Hotel
Das Hotel liegt gut zwischen Flughafen und dem Stadtzentrum in einer relativ ruhigen Umgebung. Genügend freie Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr saubere und konfortable Zimmer. Einziges Manko, ein Save fehlt. Frühstück ist absolut o.k. Die Zeiten sind von 06.00 - 09.00 eher knapp, bis 10.00 Uhr wäre besser. Waren schon 3x in diesem Hotel. Können es absolut weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Hotel
Super Hotel, ist seine Preis wert, gutes Frühstückbuffet, nettes Personal, einfach tolle Zimmer. Es fehlt ein Tresor und beim Frühstück fehlt es an Personal, manchmal ( wir waren 4 Nächte dort).

I’d give this property a 7/10. Although it was clean, the pool was very small, the breakfast was terrible for all 4 of my days there, and it was noisy even though I was on the top floor. I liked the price and that it was close to the graduation ceremonies across the street. Unfortunately, all quality things associated with most “Marriott Hotels” were not found here.

This hotel was clean but I had two major issues that would prevent me staying again or recommending to others. On the second floor the traffic even at 6am was so loud it woke me up. Cars go fast and the road is right there. They were nice about moving me to the other side and the parking lot side is quieter. They said they “get a lot less complaints about the noise” on the parking lot side. The second issue was that the hot water went out during my shower and so I had to finish washing in cold water! The front desk folks just said “oh no I’ll let management know.” Otherwise the breakfast buffet was decent but light fare. Things were clean and felt cared for.

I’m so sorry to hear you were affected by the hot water. We had a small tank go down but worked quickly to get everything returned to normal. My apologies also for the heavy traffic. With us being close to the hospitals and a major intersection it can be a bit noisy. We hope the rest of your stay went well.

I got charged for internet because "I opted into it." The hotel had free WiFi, and I have unlimited internet, so I wouldn't pay to use it. Additionally, we were only there to sleep and visit family, so I didn't use my phone much. I attempted to reach out and explain the situation, but the person who answered was extremely dismissive, indicating that it was something I chose and that nothing could be done. I even asked for the manager to call me, but it has been a month and no one has returned my call.

Hello. I am sorry I did not reach out to you sooner. I was not aware. The upgraded wifi is not an automatic login. Someone staying in your room with information for room number and name would have to log into it and press I agree to the charges before it let's you utilize and login. I am unsure if maybe you had someone traveling with you. I am sorry if the clerk did not explain this correctly and I will coach them for the future. We physically do not post the charges, they come thru via the internet company and charge to the account. We just collect for them. It is unable to mispost. It has to be clicked on, information entered on the device and then click on you agree to the charges. Again my apologies. If you would like to reach out with any questions please let me know. I wish I remembered the girls name that checked us in. She was awesome and the only thing that made the hotel enjoyable. I asked for a local pizza and she recommended an amazing restaurant. My daughter and I checked in, went to dinner, played in the pool and showered. We got ready to put on a movie on the internet TV. Pulled back the comforter and the sheets were filthy!! So gross. I called down and the same girl that checked us in brought us new keys to the room across the hall. The pool was miserable cold. It is very small…they used creative photoshop in the add. The shower is weird. You almost need instruction to operate it. These odd handle things shot out freezing water. It was just odd. The room had lack of outlets..I didn’t get it. Bring an extension cord. The location is awesome to the hospital and HWY.

My stay at Springhill Suites
The website stated they had an in-house restaurant, they did not. The pillows were so soft they flattened out 2 minutes after your head laid on them, not a good thing. The bed was firm, so it was ok, it was difficult to figure out the shower, I had to be shown by staff, I have never seen a shower like this before, there was something that you had to pull down on, on the underside of the tub faucet. I lifted the phone beside the bed and discovered chocolate melted to the underside of the telephone. Other than that, the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. You have to enter the hotel from the back side which is not marked with the name of the hotel only the number 13400, so that was interesting. It was, however, close to the Anschutz Medical Campus.

Thank you for staying with us. However Springhill Suites does not advertise nor do we have a restaurant on property. We offer a free complimentary breakfast. However there are lots of restaurants in the area. We are not a full service hotel. I am happy to hear the staff was wonderful though. Safe travels and come back soon.

I needed a blow dryer and there was not one in our room. I was told aince they were sold out of rooms, they didnt have one they could get for me. I expect more from Marriott.

Nice stay, but sometimes no hot water
The hotel is very clean, new and nice for my family of 4. Sometimes there was no hot water for the shower though. The shower had a lever to turn on the water, a knob to turn the temperature and a pull down on the tub spout to change from tub to shower. Many adjustments to the temperature wouldn't give us hot water. What did work was to completely turn off the water, wait a few seconds and try again.

Surprisingly beautiful and cozy hotel for the $$
I was surprised at the condition of the hotel. I halfway expected it to be awful. It was the opposite. The rooms were cozy. The lobby was beautiful. The only thing about this hotel I didn't fully enjoy was the bed. But everyone has different bed preferences. It was in great shape just not my sleeping preference.
