The open-concept living and kitchen area features a comfy sectional, large smart TV, and seating for four at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, ample prep space, a dishwasher, microwave, and a drip coffee maker—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guests will enter the property through the brown wooden gate on the Quivas Street side of the house. After passing through the gate, use the black exterior door to enter the shared entryway for both the upper-level and garden-level units. The door code provided will unlock both the black exterior door and the private entrance to the garden-level unit.

★★INITIAL SUPPLIES★★

We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
- Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. The house has an upstairs tenant and the yard is a shared space. You are welcome to use the furniture located in the yard.

- Noise complaints may result in fines.

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor garbage cans.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00 am. Late fees may apply if guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.
