Please note that this is a multi-level home (3 floors + basement) and requires using stairs to access most areas. The spacious layout is part of its charm, but it may not be the best fit for guests with mobility concerns.

Pets are strictly not allowed at this property. ADA-certified service animals are welcome. Please inform us before arrival if you will be bringing a service animal. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted. Any violation of this pet policy will result in a $300 fee.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but may access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS: A camera monitors the exterior entry door for safety and security purposes.
NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
