We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 11 guests, the home offers four bedrooms across two levels, providing both privacy and flexibility. On the main floor, two king bedrooms feature plush linens and room-darkening curtains, sharing a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. Downstairs, one room includes three twin beds with a pull-out trundle, while another has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A second full bathroom with a stand-up shower is nearby, and though ceilings downstairs are about six feet high, wide hallways make the area comfortable to move around.
Living and entertainment
Two separate living areas give everyone a chance to unwind in their own way. Upstairs, you’ll find a mid-century inspired lounge with a sectional, leather chairs, and a 55-inch smart TV that flows into a dining space for six. Downstairs, the retro game room takes center stage with Pac-Man, foosball, Connect4, and a second 55-inch smart TV. A yoga room offers a quieter option, while board games encourage evenings of friendly competition. With high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and an Ethernet connection, it’s easy to stay connected when needed.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a joy, with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with double oven, and a stocked coffee station. Cooking basics and pantry staples are provided, so you can settle in easily. Share meals at the dining table for six indoors or head outside, where a larger table seats eight for open-air dinners.
Outdoor living
The backyard is a hub for gathering and relaxing, featuring a sectional sofa circling the fire pit, a hammock for laid-back afternoons, and an outdoor dining area with umbrella. A small bistro table on the front porch is perfect for morning coffee. Patio furnishings are seasonal and stored away in colder months.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
