Welcome to our spacious, private and comfortable house. The main living space is an open concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen all connected.

In the living room you will find a comfortable love seat and reading chair along with plenty of space to unwind. There is a large dining room table that can accommodate 10+ people. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. It includes a brand-new gas range & dishwasher, spacious fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, knives & cutting board, glasses, flat-wear, and cooking utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, food and snacks.

The den includes a large TV, brand new sections sofa and comfy chair. The TVs include local HD channels, Hulu Premium, Amazon Prime, Disney+ & ESPN+. We’ve also added a soundbar that you can use with the TV or play music from your device with Bluetooth or an aux cord.

There are three bathrooms which are all clean and comfortable. The main bathroom includes a large rain-head shower, tub, marble floating vanity, and is stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and hair drier. The master bath has a standing shower, and all bathrooms have tile floors.

There is a good-sized back yard and covered patio and a two-car garage that you are free to use. The unit has its own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in the summer.

You are walking/short driving distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities.

You have full access to the entire home, garage, and outside areas.
