Minutes away from amazing restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, Red Rocks & more! The views are some of the best in Evergreen. This house was designed for entertainment, appreciation of the outdoors and all of the amenities you could ever need. Great for large families, special occasions, a weekend away with friends and more. There are (2) bedrooms below w/ full bath & (2) bedrooms on main level w/ 2 baths which allows for privacy and plenty of space to spread out and play ping pong, shuffle board, foosball and hot tub! Main level boasts a beautiful custom kitchen with a huge entertaining island with an incredible deck for BBQ'ing and outdoor seating. Custom built bar with TV and great lounge area. Other things to note
North Evergreen is the best location for feeling you are "in the mountains" but still close to everything you need! This is a more "active" area therefore you may hear highway noise & see some local traffic. This house is best suited for intimate occasions as well as gatherings and group events.
