• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
• If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Parking

• Free parking is available in the garage, driveway, and street parking areas.
• Please do not block sidewalks or neighbors’ driveways.

Security & Safety

• For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed outside the property.
• Cameras monitor outdoor areas only and do not face interior spaces.
• Guests are required to complete a secure registration and ID verification through our partner, Happy Guest, prior to arrival.
