Es gibt bessere Hotels in Denver für weniger Geld
Bei dem hohen Preis haben wir einen entsprechenden Standard erwartet. Es gab viele Punkte die wir nicht gut fanden: beim Einchecken wurde uns nicht empfohlen eine Reservierung im Restaurant zum Frühstück zu machen. So war kein Tisch frei. Die Empfehlung für ein auswärtiges Frühstück war schlecht. Es gab keine Badematte, die Kleenextücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt, das Sofa hatte Flecken, die Wildlederschuhe wurden vom Schuhservice poliert (!) und dann glücklicherweise ohne Probleme erstattet. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist nicht gut geschult. Gut waren das Essen im Hotel, die farbliche Gestaltung und die Betten. Das Mobiliar ist schick, aber schon abgewohnt.

Libby and restaurant appear to be the only thing renovated. Rooms were dirty and cabinets chipped, crown moulding broken and furniture dirty. Just dated and not what we expected for a recently ‘renovated’ hotel. Should have stayed what it was or gone all in on the makeover.

Okay stay in Cherry creek
I arrived around 4pm but my room was not ready until 5:30pm, 1 and half hours after checkin at which time I had to follow up with the front desk staff although they said they would call me as soon as the room was ready. The room was basic, nothing special. The bed was hard and the pillows were trash bags with paper in them. The hotel restaurant Toro served good food but it took why to long to get the food and or simple things like a coffee and or set ups. I would stay at another hotel property upon my next visit to Cherry Creek.
