Centrally located in the heart of Denver, this beautiful 2,489 sq ft. home is a corner lot house with plenty of natural lights. It features (1) an open concept with a vaulted ceiling, (2) three-levels of spacious living space, (3) a formal crib bedroom and playroom for kiddos, (4) home gym space for daily workout, (5) two separate workspace with high-speed WIFI, (6) free Netflix account on us! (7) a decent-sized backyard with outdoor seating, (8) a quiet neighborhood with friendly atmosphere

Our neighborhood

As a family friendly home, we are close to everything that a family would love. Within walking distance are Crescent Park, Mustang Park, Liberator Park, and Great Lawn Park with play structures for kiddos. Denver Botanic Garden, Denver Zoo, Denver Nature and Science Museum, Stanley Marketplace, and Cherry Creek North and Cherry Creek Mall are all 10-15 minutes away from the home. Our neighborhood Lowry is known for its green spaces, such as Sunset Park and Great Lawn Park, offering playgrounds, meadows and summer concerts. Housed in a former aircraft hangar, Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum exhibits warplanes from different eras. Chain stores and casual eateries are the draw at Lowry Town Center mall, while the Big Bear Ice Arena has skate sessions and hockey games. The house is close to all public transportation and is about half an hour to the Denver International Airport.

We want to be upfront of what this house can offer and cannot offer. A few things to note:
— No BBQ grill
— No oversized RV / trailer / U-hall parking

All guests making a reservation agrees to our house rules as follows:

— NO SMOKING: We have a very strict no-smoking policy (strictly no use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or anything alike). Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.

— PUT TRASH IN BAG: Unbagged trash is extremely hard to take out and will be subject to extra cleaning fee of $100.

— NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Maximal number of adult guests allowed is 6. $500 fine against the rule. Cops will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply.

— PET RULES: Max. of 2 pets and service animals ($79 per pet, per stay) are allowed inside the property. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property. No pets are allowed in bed. Our yard is fully fenced for your pets to roam, but please do clean up after your pets. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of. Any trace of pet pollution (from poop, pee, and fur) will be subject to a $200 additional cleaning fee. Any pet damage (to furniture, flooring, walls, etc.), once found, will be subject to replacement or repair costs.

— DO NOT leave trash bags in the backyard. Leave trash in indoor trash cans or our house's garbage bins.

— Exterior security cameras monitoring in place.

— NO Oversized RV / Trailer / U-hall parking

We were in Denver to take a break from work and have fun at museums etc. This house was ideally located for our adventures (DMNS, Denver Zoo, MeowWolf, Denver Botanic Garden, all easy driving distance; Forney Mus. Transportation not too bad, despite road work). The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and beautiful. The house has one of the best equipped kitchens ever (even had a wine aerator!). Plenty of elbow room; main bedroom has a small work desk; crib room makes a good quiet-for-reading space. Our group rendezvoused at the house earlier than check-in and were able to leave one of our cars parked in the drive while we carpooled to our first adventure. Only complaint was extremely hard mattress on lower level bedroom's bed -- owners directed us to a nearby Target, where we bought a foam mattress cover (which is now in use back at home). Upstairs mattresses were fine and very comfy. Owners were great -- fast responses to questions, really helpful.

This lovely home met or exceeded our expectations! Our group included 4 adults and a dog and we had plenty of space. The home is very clean and the neighborhood is fantastic as well. Communication with the hosts was another plus! Would definitely stay again!!

This house matched the pictures and descriptions and beyond. It was extremely clean, everything was very well marked in the house and the overall feeling of the house was extremely comfortable. It felt like an instant home! My mom and kids stayed there for a long weekend visit and had such a great time with playing cards at the nice table, cooking snacks in the open kitchen and watching movies on the comfortable couch. The neighborhood is great with lots of parks to walk to, parking is very easy, quiet street but still close to grocery shopping and lots of restaurants. The hosts were very responsive! We would love to rent this house again! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great place to stay in a great area of Denver. It was easy to get to downtown via car. The place was extremely clean and easy to get in and out. Alice and Karen let us know about everything in time and made it very easy. I would definitely stay here again when we go back to Denver.

The property and the hosts are equally fantastic. The hosts are very responsive and were able to answer all of our questions quickly. The check in/check out process was very smooth and not burdensome at all. Access to the property was a breeze and the location is great. Plenty of local parks for kids and kids at heart, and very friendly neighborhood. The outfitting of the property for our stay was fantastic and we were able to function as if we were at our own home. I think the best indication of whether the property is deserving of 5-stars is whether we would choose to stay there again. In a heartbeat, we will book here again if/when our family travel takes us back to Denver!
