6. NO SMOKING in HOUSE PERIOD 300 clean fee if smells of Marijuana or cigarettes.
7. YOU CAN Smoke on front porch, PLEASE put BUTTS in the ashtray provided. IF WE HAVE to pick up any butts we will charge a $100 fee.
8. DO NOT Tamper with CAMERAS on the outside of house, DO NOT STAND in front of doorbell CAMERA. IF observed doing this we will come and have a visit and you could be asked to leave with NO REFUND.
9. We ask that you be respectful of our property and are very laid back and flexible. We live close to the property and can help with anything you may need.
