The Space:
Welcome to Your Laid-Back Colorado Basecamp!

Ready to gather your favorite people and experience Colorado the way locals do? This spacious 6-bedroom, 2-bath home in Arvada is designed for good times and group hangouts. Whether it’s your first trip or your fiftieth, this house makes it easy to kick back, explore, and make memories.

Start your mornings sipping coffee in the backyard under twinkling string lights, and wind down at night with a soak in the 8-person hot tub or a movie on the jaw-dropping 100-inch screen in the downstairs hangout. (Don’t forget the popcorn.) You’ll also find a pool table, cozy lounge seating, and enough room for everyone to spread out - no crowding here!

The kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up a meal after a day of adventure, and there’s a grill and fire pit out back if you’re in the mood for BBQ or s’mores (just bring your own charcoal and firewood). With 6 comfy bedrooms, everyone can crash in peace, and yes, the beds are cozy.

As for location? You're in a sweet spot. Arvada gives you easy access to Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and the mountains, all without the city hustle. Explore nearby Olde Town Arvada for local shops, breweries, and cafes, or head straight into nature with hiking trails and open space just a short drive away.

Whether you’re here for a concert, a ski weekend, a family reunion, or just some R&R, this house is your home base for all things Colorado. Come hang out, stay awhile, and experience it like a local.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

• DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture; Yard cleanup - *BAGS ARE PROVIDED* - Please pick up after your pet, by disposing of any waste into the trash bin before you checkout from the property. A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up.; If an unapproved pet is found at the property you will be asked to vacate immediately and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 2 levels, with 3 of the bedrooms in the basement. Please note that the hallway in the basement has low ceilings.
• The charcoal gas grill and wood fire pit on site are NOT ADVERTISED AMENITIES - you must provide your own charcoal and firewood if you desire to use these.
• Wednesday is the typical trash pick-up day. Someone will stop by to roll the cans to and from the curb, but they will not enter the home.
• The hot tub is typically serviced on Fridays. Someone will enter the backyard, but will not enter the home.
• Hot tub - Please keep in mind that if a complete drain and fill service is needed, it may take up to 48-72 hours for the hot tub to come up to full temperature. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
