As soon as we walked in, the lobby was really hot, no AC. The people behind the front desk counter were nice enough, but it looked like they were behind these case plexiglass, and did not make me feel safe. When I got in the elevator, it sounded like it was gonna break down at any moment when I got off on my floor it smelled like I had just walked into some kind of a weird smelling restaurant. When I got to my room I discovered there was no soap, no hair products and no toilet paper. There was also no bathmat and exactly 2 small towels and two hand towels. I went downstairs to complain and they gave me the items I needed. However, when I got back to my room, all of a sudden, my key card did not work. I had to go back downstairs for them to reprogram it at that point about two waters. I went back upstairs using an elevator that I could swear was gonna leave me stranded between Floors. It was horrible.
This was by far the worst stay I have had ever. The outside even looked rundown and I paid $121 for this! I would definitely like a refund.
