Enjoy a fabulous location on a quiet cul de sac in Dennis - central to everything the Cape has to offer! Lovely, private yard space with a deck that has an awning (for those sunny days) and an adjacent dedicated recreation area with fire pit and lawn games. Inside the home you will find two spacious levels of living space, multiple AC units and bonus lower level viewing room and game area with foosball table!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
At the far end of a cul de sac - near Route 6 so convenient to everything but also far enough away to provide a quiet enclave - you will find 20 Vacation Lane. Up the driveway to the top of a small hill, overlooking the circle of homes, this home has everything you will need for your time on the Cape!

Exit your car and be taken in by the well taken care of and purposeful landscaping surrounding the home - providing the ultimate privacy for the outdoor spaces that you will want to enjoy. Approach this meticulously maintained home and enter through the front door into the cathedral ceilings found in the living room. Enveloped by ocean blues and calming seaside artwork, you will know you have arrived to your vacation. The living room offers plenty of seating for your group and a large flat screen TV for watching your favorite content while cuddled on the couch.

Neighboring the living area (and each other) are the dining area and the kitchen. Open to each other, these rooms keep connection between everyone - even those who are tasked with preparing meals. The dining room has seating for six and overlooks the deck and yard with easy access to both through the sliding glass doors. The kitchen flaunts plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar bordering the dining room with seating for three.

Down the hallway from the kitchen is Bathroom One which is a full bathroom with shower and laundry closet.

Beyond that is Bedroom One with a Queen sized bed and room to store all of your clothing and vacation essentials. Enjoy viewing content on the flat screen TV as you drift off to sleep.

Upstairs you will find Bedrooms Two and Three - each with two Twin beds (and trundle sleeping a seventh!) and flat screen TVs for those who like to enjoy their late night or early morning shows!

Between Bedrooms Two and Three is Bathroom Two which is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Venture to the lower level and you will find bonus space with comfortable living room, large flat screen TV and foosball table.

Outside in the back yard is a private oasis for you to enjoy! Lush lawn, deck with awning and dining space for six accompanies the adjacent outdoor area featuring a fire pit with surrounding Adirondack chairs for seating and a nearby space for lawn games.
