There is great hiking, biking and mountain sports in the area and a few of the trails are within walking distance of the house. Though we suggest that you plan on driving to the area attractions of Salmon Ridge Sno-Park, Nooksack Falls and beyond to Mt Baker National Forest and Mt Baker Ski Area.
A Rental Agreement regarding the home is required to be signed by the guest on the booking before the cancellation period ends. The agreement will be sent to you through the booking platform upon booking. The home is not child-proofed - there are no covers on the outlets, or locks on cabinets and drawers containing cleaning products, sharp items, etc. You are responsible for taking precautions to keep your children safe. The property has easy access to a quiet road and treed area, please keep your children within sight distance. In respect of our neighbors we ask for quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Our good neighbor policy is in the documents we send prior to your arrival, please read and adhere to them. Only guests listed on the booking are permitted at the home unless prior approval by PNW-Concierge LLC (this includes both daytime and nighttime visitors.)
