„This was one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in. The room wax clean, staff was attentive and prompt and our experience was all in all very pleasant. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was top notch. She was personable, attentive, and worked very hard to make sure all guests were cared for and felt at home.“

„Sleep Inn Moundsville was in a great location, had plenty of parking, was very clean, had a wonderful included breakfast, and welcoming staff. The only thing that was a complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud and rattled when it would turn on. Other than that, this hotel was perfect for my stay in Moundsville. I will definitely come again!“

„Unfortunately, the age of this motel is showing to the extreme. Bed was lumpy at best, no place to put a suitcase except the floor or bed, no Kleenex. I feel badly for owners that do not have the funds to improve or update their property.“

„What a pleasant experience I had at this hotel. I was in the area for a funeral, and had driven a long way. The front desk clerk was so friendly and upgraded my room since they were not sold out. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a nice outdoor patio area with a fountain where I sat to read a book. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Coffee and hot water were available in the lobby all the time, along with cookies. I would recommend it.“

„We booked the motel for one night on our way towards the west. The guy at the front desk was very nice at the check in and first we got a room on the first floor with a connecting door. But the other guest in the other room was already so loud (TV), that I asked for a quiet room without a connecting door - that was made possible immediately. „The friendliness they’re going over and behind to make sure everything is correct in your room before you check in. I requested the first floor and I got the first floor if you’re an animal lover your love this place because there’s cats outside waiting to greet you and when you came in, there were cats and there was a nice lady sitting in the archway welcoming you in. I highly recommend this place. I’m going back on March 28 and I’m staying here again. I just check to see if I could stay there ...
