Located in peaceful Daytona Beach Shores, the Oceans 25 Townhomes community was newly constructed in 2022 and sits directly across A1A from the ocean, so you can enjoy the privacy of a townhome with the beach just a quick walk away. The Shores Community Center, which hosts many activities including tennis and pickleball, is a quick drive or walk away, and Oceans Golf Club is about a 1 minute drive. Publix is a 2 to 3 minute drive, along with many beachside parks, and plenty of local restaurants and shops are within a mile or two.

This unique rental includes two side-by-side townhomes, giving your group a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a spacious game room, 2 family rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, 2 private patios and a larger connected yard. It's the perfect space for large groups who also like their privacy. The floor plans are the same, but each townhome offers its own experience. One maximizes the fun with a gaming theme, while the other offers the epitome of relaxation and elegance.

In the first townhome, everything was designed with entertainment, fun and family time in mind. The garage has been fully converted into a sprawling game room with a bright leather sectional, a large Smart TV, a pool table, giant Connect Four, wall Scrabble and a retro Pac-Man arcade game. Colorful LED lighting lines the entire space, creating an amazing atmosphere when the main lights are turned off. Make memories with the whole group in this fun gathering space!

On the first floor of both townhomes, you'll find a half bathroom, the kitchen, a dining area and the family room. The kitchens come fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlook the dining areas. The family rooms include comfortable furnishings, large Smart TVs and access to the private patios, which have outdoor furniture and gas grills. The backyard connects the two townhomes, so feel free to move between them and spread out across one big shared yard.

All of the bedrooms are on the second floor, and every bedroom in both townhomes has a TV. In the first townhome, the primary suite has 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a separate water closet and a spacious walk-in shower. The primary bedroom closet has also been converted into a cozy sleeping nook with a bunk bed and its own TV. Please note this nook is inside the primary bedroom closet and is not a separate bedroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. A full guest bathroom with a shower and tub combo sits between the two guest bedrooms.

In the second townhome, the primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a separate water closet and a spacious walk-in shower. Just like the first townhome, the primary bedroom closet has been converted into a cozy sleeping nook with a bunk bed and its own TV. This nook is also inside the primary bedroom closet and is not a separate bedroom. Both guest bedrooms have one queen bed each, with a full guest bathroom with a shower and tub combo between them.

These townhomes can accommodate up to 6 vehicles on-site, with two 2-car driveways and one 2-car garage. This means guests can have a maximum of 6 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request, which can accommodate both trailers and recreational vehicles.

Items of note: The game room is a converted garage and does not have air conditioning.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on Airbnb and we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. Please also note that regardless of the refund received in the event of a cancellation, the booking fee, although nominal, is never refundable.
