Peck Plaza Condominiums features truly unique architecture as the only round building in the city and one of the tallest buildings in Daytona Beach Shores. After a hurricane, Peck Plaza was completely rebuilt and reopened in 2021 with state-of-the-art facilities. The expansive oceanfront pool deck is surrounded by loungers and includes a hot tub and kiddie pool, while the multi-level oceanfront decks offer tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts and a basketball court. Inside, you'll find a spacious fitness center, a billiards room and table tennis.

Peck Plaza is also home to the locally famous Top of Daytona restaurant. Sitting 29 floors up atop the building, it offers 360 degree views, extraordinary ambiance and skillfully prepared dishes, so you can truly dine on top of Daytona!

Some of the area's best shopping and dining are close by. The Shores Resort and Spa sits right next door for those needing to be pampered, and the oceanfront Frank Rendon Park, with playground equipment for tiny travelers, is just a stone's throw away. Directly across the street, Cow Lick's Homemade Ice Cream and Arcade is a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Local surf shops, convenience stores and other beach parks are all within a short walk.

The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle and a desk, along with a guest bathroom that has a walk-in shower.

The true showstopper is the wraparound balcony, furnished with high-quality patio furniture. Because Peck Plaza is the only round building in the city, the balcony wraps from oceanfront views around to river views on the other side. It's the perfect spot to listen to the seagulls and the waves, catch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and watch the sunset over the river in the evening.

Parking at Peck Plaza is unique. Two above-ground parking spaces are included with your stay. These spaces are unassigned, but availability is generally not an issue. For an additional $10 per night, one of your spaces can be an assigned space in the underground garage, which has a 6 foot clearance. Either way, guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
