If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please keep your dog on a leash! Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well.
No local guests. Primary renter should be at least 21 years old.
If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Free street parking on the street behind the property. It is a 3-4min walk back from the parking area. 2 parking passes per rental.
Guests must contact host before booking if they are wanting to bring a trailer.
Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill
For your furry friends, it's $20 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

A separate $20 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month.
