*Notes** / *Updates* (as of April 2026). Concrete repairs/Restoration on our building is still going on the East/Southeast and West side of the building on weekdays only from 8 am - 4 Pm. The North/Northeast side, which includes our Unit is basically done as far as major work, but a master bedroom window is to get replaced at any time. Also work around the unit could be loud and can still be going on. So, please, if booking in that time frame (now to Mid-Late 2027), you understand and agree with potential work, noise (like some average hammering to loud jackhammers sounds at times) in our building and what could sound close (but yet on other side) of our unit.
Also, know that the rates applied already include a discount.
Beach access and the pool is open.
If checking late after 10pm we’ll charge an additional fee of $75 from 10:01 Pm to 11 Pm and $100 from 11:01 pm to 7:00 Am.
