We gladly welcome pets on a case-by-case basis, depending on their size and breed. **Advance notice is required** if you plan to bring a pet. Not informing us ahead of time may result in the cancellation of your reservation. A non-refundable cleaning fee is applied for each pet.



**Pet Fee Structure:**



* **1–4 nights:** \$35 per night, per pet

* **5–29 nights:** \$250 per pet

* **30+ nights:** \$400 per pet





**Building Maintenance Notice**

Please be advised that we are not liable for any delays, disruptions, or issues related to property maintenance or repairs performed by the building management.





**Guest Verification & Rental Agreement**

Before check-in, **all guests must complete a verification process**, which includes:



* Providing a valid government-issued ID

* Confirming your contact information

* Completing a secure screening

* Undergoing a background check, if required by the host or property management



All information collected is used strictly for verification purposes and will not be stored or shared.



A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the listing and rental contract.



**Timing Requirements:**

Verification must be completed **within 24 hours of booking**, or **within 1 hour for same-day reservations**. Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
