Pet fee of $68 (per pet) will be charged monthly.
Extended stays past 60 days will result in an additional $150 extension fee per month to help with cleaning and maintenance of the property to make sure you can continue enjoying a well maintained home.

6 consecutive months is the maximum time allotted.
