Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. You are also welcome to enjoy all shared building amenities. Please be mindful of the operating hours:



• Swimming Pool: Relax by the shared pool and make use of the BBQ grill, available daily from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Closed Mondays for routine maintenance

• Indoor Gym: Accessible 24/7, located on the 1st level near the leasing office.

• Game, Art & Music Rooms: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends).

• Cinema Room: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please bring your own DVDs to use this facility.

• Pre-Check-In Required: You must complete our pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and digital guide. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card and released within 3 days of checkout, provided no damages occur.

• Check-In/Out Times: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee upon request and subject to availability.

• Extra Bedding: A Pack 'n Play or one air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35/night.

• Host Support: For any questions, please contact us directly via phone or Airbnb messenger. Building staff are not equipped to assist with your reservation.

• Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading

• Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional may be requested

• On-street parking: Free Street parking available after 6pm (Monday to Saturday) and all day on Sunday
