The host, Leslie was great and very responsive. The house was orderly but not as clean as I expected. There were minor issues of housekeeping, such as excessive leaves outside of the property which were piled in front of the garage and front door, the pool had not been cleaned in some time and some finite details on the inside were missed (little things like the rug around the couch had not been vacuumed). Again, it was the holidays (she had a Christmas tree decorated which was a great addition) and I have no idea how busy the cleaners were and sometimes things get missed-Nothing regarding the interior housekeeping impeded the stay in any way.The hot tub did not work and threw an error code which was relayed to Leslie. It was the holidays, and she was not able to get a maintenance crew there for a few days. When they did come in, the issue still was not fixed. That is not really anything the host would've had control over as it may have required more than just a minute of maintenance to fix. Any other issues with the property were relayed and addressed quicklyThe only addition I would add to the interior would be a few throw blankets for guests to use.The property served its purpose for us; we wanted a place we could all be together and cook meals and hang out and we had a really great time while we were there. I believe the property is a fairly new listing and since the host was so kind and responsive I am guessing the little issues will be taken care of going forward.
