„This hotel is absolutely fabulous. I have stayed in hundreds of properties around the world and it is rare to get such a good package, yet again for such an affordable price. Highly recommended for any types of trips. Only recommendation for improvement: The doors are closing very loudly, and at night you will hear those of neighbours around you, even on the floors above or below yours. I put earplugs and it was fine then.“

„Love the view of the river and the mall (mid valley south key). Problem is the traffic flow and why the double or triple humps on the road. Need to redesign the road to split between grab drivers and shoppers who are driving, and to split between the mall’s north southeast west entrance and the hotel.“

„For a 3* Hotel the room was totally ok, comfortable. Very enjoyed the hot spring pool. But i missed some deck chairs to relax. And as a vegetarian my extra request for an Avocado for the breakfast was refused, this kind of service i cannot expect in a 3* Hotel. So far so good. But the breakfast, stored in chafing dish, was everything cold. “

„Das Citrus liegt nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof "JB Sentral" entfernt. Auch die Einkaufs-Mall "City Square" befindet sich genau auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die wenige Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind in wenigen Minuten zufuß zu erreichen. Eine bessere Lage für ein Stadthotel ist also kaum möglich.“
