합리적인 좋은 숙소
깔끔하고 가성비가 훌륭합니다. 조식서비스가 없지만 바로 옆에 맛있는 쌀국수집이 있어서 좋습니다. 옆건물이 편의점이고 식당들이 매우 가깝습니다. 재방문의사 있습니다.

해변에서 너무 가까워요!!
시내 자주 가실꺼면 해변쪽으로 숙소 잡지마세요~~택시타면 되지만 너무 멀어요..호텔 기대 많이 하지마시구 가격에 만족하시면서 지내시면 될꺼같아요^^주변에 마사지샵도 많고 마트도 있구 유명한 버거 샵도 있어요~직원도 친절하셔서 궁금하신 점 있으시면 프론트에 가셔서 물어보세요

Disappointing in Cleanliness
Overall for the look is good. But when I step in is not what I expect. Even I need to use my perfume to spray the room. The bad smell of Mattress quite strong. And the floor is full of sand + sticky. I need to clean my room by myself. Only change 1 towel/day for me and didn't top-up the Shower Gel and Shampoo for 3 days. And i need to use mine. Owner and Reception is not friendly.

Actually, all amenities we will give you as much as you want with free of charge but maybe there are some misunderstand with you and our housekeeper. We think there are some misunderstand about our owner and reception, our owner did not show up at hotel, maybe the man you meet at hotel at night is our security, we would like to give you our applogize if he has some thing not good with you Hope you give us some change to improve our service and staff quality. few minutes walk to the My Khe beach
I was able to checked-in earlier than 2pm. The female staff asked if I want to pay 2 million VND to update to seaview room, I asked if I can view the room first but was refused, so I stick with the "city view" which is only a view of other buildings on both sides and the street. The reception lobby was hot, no air-con and the staff didn't even switched on the fan. Heavy smoking smell inside the lobby. They don't have any maps but the male receptionist will show you the area using google map on his phone. Room hardware seems ok but the shower was super weak and I would be appreciated if there's hot strong shower after a day trip. There were lots of small flies and cockroaches near the fridge which the housekeeping lady failed to clean it. Housekeeping lady was rude in a way kept knocking the door even I've asked her to come back. And all she did just refill water, I've to go down to the reception and asked for shampoo, toilet paper and towels for refill. Couple of mini marts near the hotel. There're other hotels along the same road and motorbike hire is available from other shop. The night-shift staff doesn't speak English and I've to google translate so that he could understand. So basically if you look for cheap room which is ok and large compare to others but if you're looking for certain level of services, I'll suggest book other hotels or apartments.

Dear our valuable guest, Firstly, we would like to say thank you for your chosing our hotel to stay during you trip. Secondly, we are very sorry about our late respond you review. About your fee to upgrade your room, maybe this is our false to make you misunderstand, total sea view room rate is 2 millions (not mean you pay more 2 millions) In lobby have air-con but because our receptionist did not turn it on. You are right about smoking smell in the lobby, because our room is non-smoking so most of guest come to lobby and smoke. We are very sorry about this inconvenient With your review about maps, we are very appreciate, now we prepared some maps for guest. We have meeting with our housekeeper, because she can not speak English so she can not understand you. It make your inconvenient occur, we still improve day by day. The nigh-shift staff is our security. We are very sorry with what he did with you. We hope you give use some change to improve ourself. Thank you and have a nice day Best regards
