„This penthouse apartment is BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous views and sea breeze, and the apartment itself is very nicely laid out and has all the amenities. Lots of good stuff to do within walking distance and convenient to everything else in the LA/OC metro area. The only downside is the downtown homeless and crime element, but I did not feel unsafe walking my dog outside, even at night. I would buy this place to live in!“

„My family of 5 had a great weekend stay! We were given our check-in codes prior to arrival for a seamless entry. We loved being walking distance to the beach and amount of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and wagon. Plenty of beach and bath towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee pot, and more. Loved relaxing with the windows open listening to the ocean waves and watching the sunset from the balcony. Walked the Strand to Simmzy’s for lunch and visited the pier and aquarium. Overall a ...

„The place is great. Unfortunately, there is a large multi-story apartment building under construction within 30 feet of all windows. Pounding starts at 7:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm. This should have been advised or a reduced rate for the inconvenience caused. “

„Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again !“
