This was our home away from home - lovely place!!!

We had a great time in this lovely appartment. We are a family with two kids, 11 and 14. Everything was super nice and clean. We felt at home the moment we entered the appartement. We were looking for a place a bit outside Washington in a nice neighbourhood. This appartement was exactely what we wanted. We had a car so it was easy to get around. Washington can be reached within 30 minutes. Also Baltimore. We also visited Annapolis, which was a 20 minutes drive. The appartement looked like newly renovated. Everything was super nice and new. A home away from home. Communication with Trent was always easy and he was very nice and super helpful. We totally recommend this place if you ever want to visit the Washington / Baltimore area. We would rent this place again without any doubt. Thanks so much to Trent! Greetings from Germany from the Neubauer familiy!

Fantastische Wohnung

Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer! Moderne voll ausgestattete Wohnung und dazu noch sehr sauber! Von hier aus sind Washington, Arlington und Baltimore sehr gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Distanz. Wenn wir noch mal in die Region fahren würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen. Wir werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen!

This condo is beautiful - the Host made everything so easy and was a pleasure to work with! This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in - everyone in our group said the beds were quite comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the living room. The parking right in front of the condo was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip. The home was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was the TV in the living area disconnected from the internet and we we unable to watch TV on that TV. Only recommendation we have is maybe a patio set with a small table or fire pit would have been nice. But we would definitely stay there again.

We arrived late in the evening and it was a little difficult to see where we needed to enter due to a lack of lighting. That wasn't our host's fault of course. Just something to be mindful of. Otherwise, our stay was as close to perfect as could be. The condo was clean, cozy and in a nice location near plenty of restaurants.

The house was very clean. The pictures were accurate. The beds were ok. The issues we had were with appliances, Internet, and communication from the owner. We did not receive check-in information until approximately two hours before the check in time. At that time, he informed us that the refrigerator was not working, but there was a mini fridge in the kitchen. We drove from out of town and if I had been aware of that earlier I would have brought a cooler from home. While I am grateful they put something in the kitchen, the mini fridge was really only useful for leftovers and some bottles of Gatorade. We couldn’t even buy milk or orange juice as they were too big to fit. We were gone a lot of the time because we were with our son at the Naval Academy for plebe parent weekend. But Sunday afternoon I planned to do work and the Internet did not work. I reached out to the owner and did not hear back for a number of hours. By the time he replied, my window of opportunity to work on my computer had passed. Later that evening we tried to watch TV and could not because the Wi-Fi was not working. This is apparently why the Internet was not working as well. The issue was not resolved before we left. I reached out after we checked out and expressed my disappointment regarding these issues. I messaged the owner twice and I never got any response. I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment and an apology for the things that did not work properly during our stay.
