Aspen House

Aspen House, is a wonderful secluded ranch style house in the quite Crested Butte South community. Located about seven miles south of the Town of Crested Butte, off Cement Creek Road, CB South offers a laid back neighborhood about 12 minutes from town by car, and about 20 minutes to the ski resort. A sweet town park, with baseball, basketball, and tennis courts, a small kids dirt jump, and nice size playground is located across the street from the property. During the winter, an awesome community cross country track is maintained. And summer recreation abounds, with numerous trails that connect to the vast Crested Butte trail system and access to endless BLM lands begin about a half mile down Cement Creek Road.

Aspen house is set back and surrounded by many aspen trees that provide a nice secluded atmosphere. It sits on an over-sized lot, with a nice flat yard, a sweet fire-pit and ample space to play in. A wide driveway leads to a large garage with room for a vehicle and your toys. The yard also has a wonderful new patio with a picnic table and grill.

The House rests on one level and boasts a new front porch. Sleeping accommodations include a large master king suite, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a bunk set and additional twin bed. There is a large master bathroom off the master bedroom , and second full bathroom in the hallway. You enter into a large living room with an open kitchen. A nice 60" TV with Spectrum cable and high speed internet accompanies the spacious living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishwasher and microwave and includes a large island.

The Aspen House has a strict 10am checkout,
with a 4pm check in.
