„Very comfortable unit which was very clean. Bedding was comfortable and nice view of the mountains. Host communication was exceptional and very helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Built in 1981 so a little dated especially the toilets which are more suited for shorter folks. Carpet was nice but could use some stain removal, but overall, a nice place to stay.“

„Beautiful home on the river, close to the main areas in Gunnison. We loved everything about it! The hosts were great when we had an oven issue come up, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved using the new hot tub! Only note would be that we would've loved to have pics of the bathrooms on the listing just to ease any concerns before our arrival. But they were great, so it was no issue! Loved the steam shower! „We had a great stay in Gunnison, and the Cozy Cabin was perfect for the two of us. Just the right size and amenities needed for three nights. We prefer not eating out all of the time and the kitchenette served our needs. Communication was good prior to the stay. The bed is VERY comfortable. The water temperature and pressure were good. Having recycling as an option for items we do not consider trash was appreciated. Already we plan to stay here in August when taking our daughter to school. ...
