The open-plan kitchen is perfect for creating family meals while being a part of the action. Grab a coffee and pull up a stool at the island for a chat or to prepare a feast. Then dine at the rustic table, with seating for 7 (and counter seating for 3), under an open loft ceiling and take in the Forest views!
~Forrest Lounge~
Kids and adults will love the Forrest Game Lounge in the garage, home to plenty of indoor entertainment including air hockey, Skee Ball, Darts and other fun games including giant 4 square. There are comfy couches, and a 55” Smart TV and plenty of snuggly throw blankets to make for memorable movie nights.
~Bedrooms & Baths~
The properties yellow room and Green room give feel of beauty and peace. Cozy sheets and comforters provide a restful night’s sleep.
The bunk room is the perfect haven for kids and the young at heart. Two cozy full size bunk beds are tucked into the Loft. With oversized beanbags and a 48 inch TV create a hangout that everyone will love.

~Outdoor Amenities~
The outdoor spaces at Hyacinth House are as great as the indoors. Step out onto the covered deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or spend a blissful afternoon listening to the wind from the comfort of the outdoor seating area. Spend the day in the huge backyard, football, basketball, cornhole, badminton and more! This is the perfect perch from which to observe the changing seasons. In summertime, take in the towering green pines and in autumn, you’re surrounded by and crisp country air. Bar-B-Q on the outdoor grill here and enjoy any meal al fresco.

There’s plenty more to experience on this wooded property. The fire pit is the perfect way to kick off an afternoon or evening of outdoor adventure roasting s’mores, and telling stories of the day or planning future adventures. Bring out the outdoor games and enjoy relaxing time outdoors.

To access the property from the drive, guests must climb a set of four stairs. The upper floor is also accessed via staircases.

Guests coming in spring and summer can take advantage of warmer weather by exploring the many scenic hiking trails that wind through this outdoor recreational paradise. Horseback riding is another way to explore this mountainous region, and fly fishing and golfing can be enjoyed in the area.
When winter rolls around, the picturesque mountains transform into a world-class snow sports destination. Visitors can try sledding, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling, and skiing is also available just 30 minutes away.
Roslyn itself is a charming place for guests to spend time. Roslyn Museum provides a fascinating glimpse into this historic region of the US, and there are plenty of highly-rated drinking and dining establishments to choose from.

You will need a car. 90 minutes from Seattle.

Guest Access to Roslyn Ridge Activity Center (pool and hot tub, tennis courts, outdoor volleyball, basketball courts, and workout room) is $10 a person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend through mid-June on weekends and every day through mid-September.
NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.

No Parties: If you have a party you will be charged $750 plus damages.

Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 10:00pm-7:00am daily.

• Must be 18 years old to enter hot tub
• You must shower before entering hot tub
• No glass in or around hot tub
• Consult your physician before entering hot tub
• No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
• Turn lights off and cover hot tub when done. Clips must be attached or lid will blow off.
• No sunscreen, self tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub
• if you don`t follow these rules and hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for drain and clean.
