Frustrating. This property does not honor the “pay at the hotel” option on ANY third-party platform and will cancel your reservation without informing you. Then tell you that you have to rebook and not honor the original cost. The general manager, Rosemarie, claims that the third-party platform doesn’t transfer customer information so they can’t charge the card if there’s a no show. If that’s the case, then how is the information transferred over if you pay immediately on the third-party platform?! You have to fill out the information for both options. Make that make sense… I have 20 years of customer service experience and I trained employees at my prior job. This was not handled well. I wish I would have spent more money and booked somewhere else. Also, I booked this hotel in October and they charged my card that month to verify the card on file was valid. They canceled my booking a month prior to my stay. Expedia still showed that it was STILL booked on my end. The GM blamed it on Expedia and not on OYO. Also, I handled these issues at my prior job with EDI issues between third-party platforms and my company’s. It’s not difficult to fix. Maybe it’s above her pay grade and she doesn’t have the authority to adjust costs. My review: Loyalty and repeat business, empathetic issue resolution, and transparent communication— 0. This could have been handled better. In other words, spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.

Unser zimmer hatte eine super größe. Frühstück war etwas über amerikanischen standard Sauberkeit war okay. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es wieder buchen

Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr runter gekommen. Die Teppiche sind voller Flecken. Die Türrahmen sind kaputt und die Wände brauchen mehr als einen Anstrich. Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen, obwohl die Dame beim Check-In sehr freundlich war. Das hebt aber den schlechten Zustand meines Zimmers nicht auf.
