Great location & floor plan, but some issues that made stay less than perfect.
We chose this location for the floor plan as we had a mixed gender group of teens with us. The bottom floor bunkhouse is completely separate from the main home. The location is perfect, beach views, walk to the beach, 10-20 minute drive to anywhere.Pros: Location & floor plan. Beds were comfy. 4 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. AC worked good. 2 fridges. Great balcony. Enough silverware for max occupancy. Good assortment of pots, pans, & baking sheets. Cons: Bunk room description and images were not accurate, only 4 beds-3 twin and 1 double. Chairs in bunk room and 2 at kitchen table were very wobbly. Sheets in one of the bedroom did not get changed so we did it ourselves. Washing machine would not complete spin cycle even after much troubleshooting, so we hand wrung clothes out and dried them (for hours). There were not enough towels provided for our group, we hunted the house and found 2 additional, but with the washing machine not working it was rough. No extra linens at all. Dishwasher did not work consistently, it would run a full cycle and sometimes be dry, so we hand washed. Main freezer door did not seal good, so all of our frozen food thawed the first night. We ended up wedging it shut with one of the wobbly chairs. There was no toaster oven or keurig like in the pictures. None of the plates were microwave safe, only 2 cereal bowls. Glad I brought everything we needed to cook & eat. They sent me a number to call for guest relations but we just made do.
