„Wonderful place to stay, overlooking the estuary and castle. Would recommend keeping the curtains closed if you have a shared terrace room - we had a few people drifting past taking photos of the castle when we were not dressed for such guests. “

„Guter Aufenthalt, auch wenn das Hotel nur zum Übernachten gebraucht wurde. Uns erschient jedoch, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz eher zu Gunsten der Konkurrenz ausfallen würde, auch wenn das Personal sehr freundlich war. Die einzig eingenommene einfache Mahlzeit (dinner) wurde über einen Zeitraum von 2,5 Stunden für 2 Personnen serviert , was eindeutig zu lange gedauert hat. Es ist aufgefallen dass das Personal in allen Bereichen nicht gut geschult ist.“

„Die fünf Übernachtungen im Groes Inn waren traumhaft. Das Zimmer war ruhig und gemütlich mit Blick auf Berge, Weiden, Schafe und Höfe. Walisische Idylle pur. Der Service war überaus freundlich und sympathisch. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut besucht, eine Tischreservierung stets zu empfehlen. Bei Sonnenschien kann man herrlich im Freien sitzen. „Das Bryn Derwen Guest House befindet sich nur fünf Gehminuten vom Conwy Castle und knapp zehn Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück, das sie zubereiten, ist schlicht fantastisch. „What a lovely experience. The room was spacious and had room to sit and enjoy a drink. The communal lounge was a beautiful space, with an honesty bar, and we were invited to use the fridge to store our own drinks if required. There is no meal service outside of breakfast, but the local area has several options. Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before, and was freshly cooked. Staff were friendly and attentive. This was a really enjoyable stopover. “

„We stayed one night in the chapel in room 1 downstairs, room spacious, clean and tidy. Bed was really comfy and good selection of tea/coffee and biscuits. No view from the widow but plenty of light and you can use the communal area if you wanted more space. Breakfast across the road at the Erskine arms was very good, a good choice and good service, we also had our evening meal there which was really good, husband enjoyed the cask ales. „Lovely cottage in a great location in historic Conwy. Very well equipped, with the added bonus of street parking outside. This was a great help, as although it's very very tight to park your car here, the cottage has the added bonus of being able to use next door's space, too! Highly recommended. “

"A typical older Victorian hotel, but better than expected at that price! We had a superior twin, which was on the second floor and had a great view through two large windows of the promenade and the sea. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, linen and towels were all new and the room was always clean, plenty of coffee and tea in the room, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We are a small misunderstanding when checking in which was quickly rectified. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and fried or poached eggs on demand. The coffee was good and the bar was nice too. We will definitely come again"

"Das Hotel befindet sich in direkter Lage zum Meer, etwas frisch aber schöner Kiesstrand.Der Ort ist zu Fuß über die schöne Promenade zu erreichen, ein kostenloser Meerpool liegt wenige Meter vom Hotel aus rechts.Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme, etwas hellhörig, kann aber auch am Zimmer 226 liegen, direkt neben dem Lift."
