This newly renovated, sunny & stylish home is close to everything Downtown has to offer & is perfect for the whole family! It sleeps 8 people, has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths; 1 King Bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 twin beds. 2 cozy living rooms (1 on each level) & an office w high speed internet. Enjoy a large enclosed backyard with a fire pit & stunning views of Pikes Peak! Centrally located in a safe & quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining & local attractions including Garden of the Gods, UCCS, Colorado College, Switchbacks Stadium, & The US Olympic & Paralympic Museum!

Front Entrance/Living Room:
Stepping in from the front door you will immediately be welcomed into the entrance/ upstairs living room. This room is cozy, bright and thoughtfully styled with two comfy couches near the large window that overlooks the front yard and a large, smart TV. Also In this space is a table for 4 to enjoy a meal together, warm lighting and decorative pieces around.

To the left of the upstairs living room is the entrance to the kitchen. To the right of the upstairs living room are the two main level bedrooms (1 King bed with AC & closet + 1 Queen bed with closet) plus 1 full bathroom with a tub and bathroom amenities. In the final room is an office space perfect for our working travelers!

1st Bedroom:
At the end of the hall is the first bedroom with 1 King size bed, 2 bed side tables, a closet for storage that contains extra pillows and blankets, and an AC unit in the window.

2nd bedroom:
Just steps away from the first bedroom and across the hall from the full bathroom, is the second bedroom with a Queen size bed, end of the bed bench, 2 bedside tables with dimming lamps and a nice size closet with extra pillows and blankets.

Office:
Across the hall from the King bedroom is the dedicated office space with a large desk for working and a nice leather chair. In the closet, guests will find the baby crib and books.

Main Level Bathroom:
Across from the Queen bedroom is the main level bathroom with a shower & tub, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer, razors and toothbrushes for your convenience.

Kitchen:
To the left of the upper level living room, guests will find the bright and clean kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you'd need to make a delicious meal or coffee in the morning. Some of these amenities include a toaster, blender, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, and other baking essentials.
Through the kitchen guests will find the back door and across from the back door are the stairs to the lower level of the house.

Lower level:
Down the stairs into the basement guests will immediately step into the living room with a large sectional couch, foldable TV dinner tables, flat screen smart TV with apps installed and ready to be signed in. Guests will also find the door to the laundry room with washer, dryer and soaps which guests are free to use during their stay.

3rd Bedroom:
Through the lower living room and down the hall in the basement, guests will find the 3rd bedroom with a comfortable, queen size bed, bedside table and shelf for storage.

4th bedroom.
Steps away from the third bedroom is the fourth bedroom with two twin size beds and a bedside table. There is also a nice size closet with extra pillows and blankets for each guest.

Lower Level Bathroom:
Conveniently located by the bedrooms is the bathroom with a standing shower; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, razors, toothbrushes, and towels for your convenience.

Backyard:
Outside is a large, fully fenced in backyard great for the whole group! Guests will find a fire pit, outdoor furniture for maximum enjoyment and twinkling fairy lights above for cozy nights outside!

Out in the front yard guests will find a quiet and safe neighborhood with great neighbors and view of Pikes Peak from the street! THERE ARE RING SECURITY CAMERAS ON THE DOORBELL AND IN THE BACKYARD. These are here to ensure guest safety. Thank you.
