„Yes there were activities for all ages. You have to get food,drink,snacks etc. Other than it being 90 degrees with the heat on,the hot tub being gross,having to put air conditioners in,only being able to use 1 room because the widows were stuck which couldn't be cooled down and the fire pit not working we had a great time in the area.“

The listing advertised a washer and dryer, but failed to mention they’re located upstairs in the host’s private unit—and can only be used during daytime hours. It also claimed to have air-conditioning, but all we got was a fan in the window—that’s not A/C. The stove didn’t work either, so the groceries we bought for cooking went to waste. „Perfect for a quick trip to the Mountains“

„Great property! We loved everything about it. We were in Co Springs visiting my wife's brother. My family (wife and 3 young kids) + my mother-in-law stayed here. It was perfect for our needs. MIL got the downstairs and we stayed upstairs. Downstairs living room was perfect hangout while we were putting baby to sleep upstairs. Everything super clean, very nice neighborhood. „Super clean property with a lot of "extra" amenities such as extra towels, pillows, blankets and coffee, tea, snacks and a gas grill. Location was excellent as it is very close to restaurants, shops, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods. Saw deer in the front yard. Very quiet neighborhood. The communication was great and the host was very helpful and accommodating.“
