Peak View Palace offers a thoughtfully designed space with five cozy bedrooms and eight comfortable beds to accommodate up to 11 guests.

Each room is tailored for relaxation:
Master Bedroom, main level: Features a plush queen bed, a ceiling fan to keep you cool, bedside lamps, and a spacious closet for your belongings.

Second Bedroom, main level: Includes a single bed and a ceiling fan, perfect for solo relaxation.

Third Bedroom, main level: Furnished with two single beds, providing extra flexibility for guests.

Fourth Bedroom, lower level: Ideal for families includes a queen bed and a bunk bed, offering comfort and versatility.

Fifth Bedroom, lower level: Offers a queen-sized bed for restful nights and a small sofa.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring privacy throughout your stay. The garage, however, remains unavailable to guests.

Our self-check-in system with a secure smart lock allows for a smooth arrival. You’ll receive a personalized code upon completing our straightforward online ID verification process. Your data is protected with SSL encryption to ensure safety and privacy.

Getting Around
We recommend having a car or using Uber or Lyft to navigate the Pikes Peak Region and fully enjoy the area’s attractions.

We’re happy to welcome one dog under 50 lbs with a one-time pet fee. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that your dog stay on the main floor; a gate is provided. A crate is also available, and we ask that you crate your dog whenever you’re away from the home. Any violation of these rules may result in a fine.
