Meet Jack, your friendly co-host! Jack lives on-site in the penthouse apartment and will be there to welcome you upon arrival. He'll give you a tour of your space and answer any questions you might have. While Jack is happy to help throughout your stay, he also understands the importance of privacy and will give you space to relax and enjoy your time here.
Other things to note
This home is designed to minimize allergens- there is no duct work. In-floor Radiant Heat keeps you cosy in winter, and a Whole House Fan keeps you cool in summer.

All the bedrooms have a desk and TV.

Bedroom 3 can be configured as a King, or 2 - Twin XL, please advise upon booking which you prefer?

In the yard, there's a regulation horseshoe pit, and basketball court (not regulation).

Perfect for stargazers, as there are no streetlamps in the neighborhood.

Wildlife abounds! Take pictures if you're fast enough, but be aware that it's not legal to feed wildlife in Colorado.

The property is NOT 420-friendly. We do not allow any smoking or vaping on the premises, not even outdoors, nor for medical purposes.

Alcohol in moderation is acceptable, however, no raging parties, or party-ers are welcome. Intoxication from substances, whether legal in Colorado or not will be grounds for the stay to be terminated for your entire party (pun not intended!).

Overnight parking for 2 cars in the garage. Day guests can park in front along the sidewalk.
