The fully-supplied kitchen provides a spacious place to connect across cooking and dining areas. The back patio is furnished and includes a hot tub and seating area with a gas fire pit. Warm canopy lights allow for cozy evenings outdoors.

This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and, therefore, is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy, except for the merchant fee we are charged for the transaction by our credit card processor. That merchant fee is typically around 3%. We do not refund that amount. Otherwise, we would lose money on your cancellation.
