We would love to have you come stay at our home away from home! We have all you need with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of sweet, cozy touches.

**Check-in time is flexible; we strive to have the unit available as early as possible and accommodate your desires. However, if a guest stays until the latest checkout time (11am), the earliest to expect is 4pm.

Our unit does not have central AC; many older Colorado homes do not because there is not a great need for it. For your convenience, we have added a portable standing AC unit in the summer months in the bedroom to keep the apt cool. There are also fans. Close the windows on warm days and open them at night to allow the cool, dry evening air in. Colorado evenings cool down nicely. The windows have security tabs, allowing them to be open a few inches, without being a security risk.
The heat is hot-water, baseboard heat and controlled by the thermostat on the wall by the bathroom.
