We came to town to stay to watch our daughter’s college lacrosse games. we were close to the game locations and all the tourist things we wanted to do. The hot tub was so nice! „Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice.“
