The house was very clean and the beds were great! The views and location were perfect. It do storm the day before we got there. We arrived to the driveway and the walkway not being shoveled. The walkway were very icy also. I called to have them take care of this. They did come back to shovel but not to lay salt down. We found a bucket of salt on the back deck and took care of it ourselves. I'm not impressed with that. The kitchen was lacking in cooking where but was sufficient for our stay. It was only a Keurig and not a regular coffee maker. The homeless layout made it hot in the upper bedrooms and cold in the living.

Overall, we enjoyed this property. Great location! However, VERY disappointing kitchen. It was advertised as fully stocked, fully equipped. There was no dishwasher soap, which explained the dirty plates in the cupboard. We had to hand-wash ALL the dishes before use, until we could buy our own dishwasher soap. Curiously, there were Tide pods in a container at the sink. Gratefully, we realized they were Tide pods before we popped them in the dishwasher. We could have been knee deep in suds.There were no measuring cups, spoons & no microwaveable bowls or serving dishes, hand mixer, only stainless steel bowls, & no pancake griddle or pizza pans for oven. There was no salt & pepper, oil, not enough coffee for 4 adults. Another trip to the store. The outdoor grill was dirty. There were LOTS of empty cabinets. Curious.I have food allergies and RELY on a fully functioning kitchen, especially when it is highlighted as a feature, which was a selling point & a decision point for this particular property.This is our first VRBO, and the property, location was great, but the kitchen was the worst of ALL of the many properties we have stayed at. We were hosting 2 adult friends, so we were super embarrassed.Highly recommended if you don't plan to use the kitchen or cook, even on the grill.We did reach out to host on the lack of a griddle, but were informed there was none available, so we didn't ask about anything else that we later discovered.

We were overall unhappy with this property in our recent trip to Colorado Springs. While the location to everything was very convenient and the host was very prompt in response time, the property is in some desperate need of some TLC, mainly in the exterior. The pergola over the hot tub has several gaping holes in it, the hot tub cover has a big brown stain, the twinkle lights were just hanging askew, and the grass was completely dead compared to the photo. The master needed some work as well, there was paint chipping on the end tables, there was a brown stain on the master comforter, the batteries were dead in the remote, the hot and cold labels were opposite in the shower. We were overall disappointed in our stay given the amount we paid.

It’s a nice feel from a hotel but dishes were dirty on arrival, sheets were stained, the property itself is nice and clean. I didn’t have hot water in the master shower, if you’re planning on cooking bring your own spices because their spice rack is basically non existent and looks to be old.. If you can get this at the same rate as a hotel or cheaper, it’s worth it,if not then just find another place

While the property managers were very responsive, the noise levels from the guests in the floor beneath this unit were ridiculous! If you stay here make sure to bring a very loud sound machine. From constant barking dogs to loud music and the banging of a bed, the various sounds negatively impacted our sleep all 3 nights we were there.While they have some cute decorations and furniture, the bathrooms have no storage space and could definitely use a refresh compared to the other spaces. Numerous items in the kitchen were dirty and required cleaning before use. There is a small yard and pretty views of the mountains and Garden of the Gods, but the neighborhood is definitely in transition. Given all of these factors, I consider this unit to be overpriced for what it is and we will not return on our next visit. I’ll emphasize again that management was responsive to the noise issues, but ultimately the 2 sets of guests that were staying beneath us didn’t care how they affected the upper level. I’m guessing the cost of that unit is considerably less based on our experience!

Great location to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs

Overall the property was very well kept. The living room/dining room had plenty of space and the views were awesome. We loved waking up to the majestic Pikes peak in the background. The hot tub was nice after long days of exploring. The only thing that was a little troublesome were the pans to cook in were kind of small for our large family, so cooking was a little cumbersome but we still got the job done. Also there were no casserole dishes for like lasagna or if you wanted to bake a cake. Other than that it was great. We would stay again. Thanks for having us!

Great experience in CO Springs

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was in great shape with very nice finishings. The backyard had beautiful mountain views and it was nice to sit outside with the firepit. It was in a good location, although I could hear road noise from the guest room. Management was very responsive and their online resources for each stage of the stay were very helpful and thorough.

Thanksgiving vacation

Had the best time ever in Colorado Springs! Cannot recommend this place enough, it was clean, well kept, close to Everything! The Property manager was super nice and was extremely prompt when replying to me about anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to everything

Property was very clean, well appointed and within minutes of Garden of the Gods, Manitou, and Old CO City. Fenced yard for dogs was awesome. We had a minor issue with upkeep of the lawn but it was rectified within 24 hours. Enjoyed the views from both inside and outside the unit.

Lovely Home near OCC

The location of this home is perfection. A quiet little neighborhood that is a super easy drive to Old Colorado City (which is an adorable little area in CO Springs with amazing restaurants & shops). My husband and I went on walks through the neighborhood every morning while the teens were still sleeping. The proximity to SO MANY local attractions & Manitou Springs is great. Plus, you are also super & easy access to I-25 to get to wherever else you might want to go. If I could change anything about the house, it would be the creaky & sticky doors. We did report this to the property manager and they were very quick to respond (as they were with any questions or issues). It is a very functional home, with great amenities. We didn't do any real cooking while here but there were lots of kitchen supplies that would make that possible. The backyard is smaller than we imagined from the pictures but there is a neighborhood park not far from the house where we went to play some family whiffleball. I can not say enough good things about the responsiveness of the management team. From the moment we booked the property through the day after we left, they were so helpful & super quick to respond to questions.
