Extremely disappointing
A really disappointing stay, unfortunately I had Pre-booked for 1 week, or I would have checked out much earlier. During my 7 nights stay, I suffered 3x nights of electricity loss, and power wasn’t restored, so being dependant on a breathing CPAP machine I couldn’t sleep. To make matters worse, one evening there was a total loss of hot water when I arrived back at the hotel at around 8pm, after a long hard day. I escalated this and was continuously fobbed off, told it would be sorted in 10mins, so I would then be sat waiting for 45mins / 1 hour before ringing reception to chase for an update, and being told the same thing for hours on end. Eventually at 2:am, I gave up waiting as I was exhausted and had to try get some sleep without having a shower, yet again, suffering another loss of power in the night, so another sleepless night… UNBELIEVABLE! I handed a bag of clothes in for laundry. The bag was returned 2 days later, absolutely stinking of a vomit-like smell. I called reception, they sent someone up to my room. He agreed this was unacceptable and asked if he could re-wash the clothes, so I agreed. The next day the clothes came back smelling exactly the same. I was SO disappointed. I was then accused of not understanding that this is the “SCENT” of clean washed clothes with the soaps they use?!? I decided enough was enough and moved hotels and took my laundry with me to wash at the new hotel instead. Avoid at all cost if you want a restful hotel.

Lots and lots of staff who all want to be of service. Which is good but they need better organising. Having said this the staff were lovely. A good hotel in a quiet part of Coimbatore. Food was good and room a nice size.

A comfortable hotel with a good bathroom and restaurant. Would be nice to have a foot rug in the room, better maintained room interiors and corridor - the room walls were not well maintained and the corridor carpets are very dirty and worn out - overall hotel is okay but felt a bit pricey for what it has to offer. Excellent service though, staff is very courteous and responds quickly to requests.

Great hotel, excellent service!
We traveled to Coimbatore to visit with aging relatives. The Kiscol Grands Hotel was easy to reach, centrally located, only two years old, very nicely appointed and decorated. The rooms are very quiet due to thick brick walls and concrete floors. The ensuite air conditioning with control units in the individual rooms allowed for a comfortable environment. Navaneeth and Prithiv from the front office even arranged for a pick up from Coimbatore Airport after our late evening arrival. We spent a whole week at the hotel and the meals breakfast and dinner were included. Puja our frequent server and her colleagues from the Empire Dining Room took excellent care of us during our stay. The chef is doing a great job keeping the menu interesting. Room cleaning and service at the hotel were very attentive. Wifi is included and has very fast speeds. The laundry service was much appreciated during our stay, the turn around usually happened on the same day, this allowed us to pack light for this trip. The hotel was very protective of us, arranging for taxi services for our daily trips to see relatives, sights, and shopping. We would definitely stay at the Kiscol Grands again! Thank you again for making our stay a great experience!

Comfortable Stay
The hotel is located at the end of the 100 ft road, some distance away from the main Avinashi Road. Thus, it was a bit difficult to locate. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not particularly nice (no restaurants, no shopping, etc.); however, the hotel itself, which is fairly new, is quite modern and comforatble. The room was larger than normal and could easily accommodate an additional bed. The decor of the room was fine and the bathroom was neat and clean and the usual toiletries were provided. The staff was very friendly, attentive and service-minded. The food (ordered through Room Service) at the hotel was very good (for an Indian palate). Car parking (underground) at the hotel is limited but the hotel provides valet parking. Another thing that was very unusual was the steep ramp (almost 40° incline) up to the main reception - thus, any vehicle larger than a normal SUV will not be able to go up to the entrance to the reception. The incline to the underground parking is also quite steep. Note that you will have to drop your luggage off at the entrance to the reception since the lift does not go down to the underground car park. Other than the inconvenient access to the reception area and parking area, our 3 night stay was very comforatble.

Very nice interiors, good breakfast, easy location and comfort stay. Restaurant staff were pleasing and caring but reception female staff can be more welcoming.

Great hotel and friendly staff.
I had a great time at kisco grands. I actually wanted to extend my stay but the hotel was fully booked. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying at coimbatore!

Very comfortable hotel. Good for business guests
The hotel is lovely. I was traveling for pleasure so it was a little far from the action for me especially since I was on my own. Staff are wonderful. No hot water on arrival, this is an India thing though, it happens everywhere. Wifi works really well in the rooms too which was great.

5 Star property in 3 Star price
Had a beautiful lobby,reception staff were so friendly,carpeted flooring,well planned and designed rooms,has all the amenities one could think off number lock safe/kettle/ironing board and iron box/complimentart mineral water/big flat tv/saet op box with wide variet of channels/room service was so fast and very friendly/very clean room with all the complimentart toiletaries/openable window if needed/centralised ac/very comfy beds.Had taken two rooms since we were 4 they provided next to next room as requested/.Morning buffet breakfast was really superb very nice spread and there were enough staffs to fulfill any request / service was so fast. Best place to stay for any number of days since the hotel is easily accesable from Coiambatore railway junction just 15 minute drive and its pretty close to airport. Would definately recomend
