„Sicheres und sauberes Hotel. Nahe an der Innenstadt von Miami gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. “

„Leider waren alle Eiswürfelmaschinen außer Betrieb.“

„The most dirty and run down hotel where I have been in 40 years of travelling. Old carpets, bad smell everywhere, you cannot open a window and the A/C is making horrible noise, even if you shut it of. They charge you for Valet and then ask you to drive the car around the block yourself. Incompetent and arrigant stuff. At checkout I was charged with a wrong unjustified amount. I asked for correction amd refund, but the manager refused to do that. I will take a lawyer and make a criminal report ...

„Top Lage. “

„Etwas kleines Badezimmer “

„Checkin and check out complicated“

„We arrived at the hotel in the evening. We like this location because it is close to both the beach and the Art Deco district. Check-in was quick and efficient. We stayed in a Corner Suite, which we particularly like because natural light comes in from several sides. The room had modern furnishings and was exceptionally clean. The reception staff were helpful: Tomas assisted us in the evening, while at check-out a very kind lady, Ignatius, gave us some useful advice. I hope I spelled her name ...

„Hotel is in the best place. Staff was friendly and helpfull.“

„Good location“

„Alles io“

„Am Pool waren immer Liegen frei. Am Strand kostet ein Sonnenschirm 38 Dollar am Tag. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Hotel in idealer Lage!“
