It has a nice TV to watch, they provide their own WiFi, it has a nice shower and bathroom with good mirrors, a comfy firm bed and kitchen/dining facilities with a fridge/freezer. They were friendly and recommended some local restaurants. The tube station is about a 9 minute walk, so we were able to get around with no issue. My only problem was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the towels were super soft! They even gave us slippers to wear in the room! Unfortunately we were robbed the evening before our departure at the neighboring pub and lost the travel documents and phone. We didn’t get much help from the Police or the pub. But the hotel reception staff and the security personnel were very understanding and kind to help us. The security personnel accompanied me and my husband throughout the whole process. The reception manager organized a room for us in case we can’t leave the country without the travel documents. Actually, they were fully booked. The next morning the service manager at the breakfast offered toys to our children to make them happy. We thank the Sea Containers staff from bottom of our heart for your excellent support. "
